2. What we collect on this site

Booking calls. Name, email, and any context you provide when booking a discovery call. Stored by our calendar provider (Calendly) and our email systems.
Email enquiries. Whatever you send. Stored in our inbox provider for as long as is reasonable for the conversation.
Analytics. Page views, click events on key calls-to-action, and aggregated traffic patterns. IP addresses are anonymized. No advertising cookies. No cross-site tracking.

3. What we do not collect

We do not run advertising trackers on this site.
We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for their marketing.
We do not collect protected health information (PHI), client matter data, or other regulated data through the public site.

4. Client engagement data

During an engagement, you may share data covered by HIPAA, attorney-client privilege, GDPR, or other regimes. That data is governed by the data processing terms in your statement of work, not by this policy. If a build needs a HIPAA business associate agreement, we sign one before any covered data moves.

5. Where data lives

Site infrastructure runs on standard cloud providers in the EU, UK, or US depending on the service. Calendar runs on Calendly. Inbound email runs on Cloudflare Email Routing. We avoid any vendor that cannot articulate its sub-processor list.

6. Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the data we hold on you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email matt@mattclarkeai.com with the request and we will respond within 30 days.

7. Cookies and analytics

We use the following processors. Each is configured to anonymize IP addresses and honor Do-Not-Track requests where supported.

Google Tag Manager. Loads other tags. Does not itself set tracking cookies.
Mixpanel. Product analytics. IP anonymization on. No personally identifiable information is written to Mixpanel from this site. Loaded but disabled until you accept the consent banner. If you decline or ignore the banner, no analytics events are sent.
VWO. Split tests, heatmaps, and session replay. IP anonymization on. Form inputs are masked in session replay. Same consent gate as Mixpanel.
Calendly. Inline booking embed. Calendly's own privacy policy applies to booking data. See calendly.com/privacy.
Cloudflare Email Routing. Inbound email forwarding for matt@mattclarkeai.com.

We do not use advertising cookies. We do not engage in cross-site tracking.

8. Sharing

We do not sell your data. We do not share it for advertising. Processors are limited to: Calendly (booking), Google Tag Manager (tag management), Mixpanel (analytics), VWO (CRO), Cloudflare (email routing + DNS), and the website hosting provider.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. Material changes will be flagged on this page with a revised effective date.
