Ethical, evidence-based builds that save time, save money, and ship ROI. For health, legal, and other regulated niches.
matt clarke / ai builds internal AI automation for businesses in regulated niches. Health clinics. Legal firms. Medical-legal practices. Anywhere the rules actually matter and moving fast and breaking things is malpractice.
I run my own marketing operation across three brands, build the tools we use to operate, and then help other operators do the same in their businesses. No customer-facing chatbots. No hype. Internal tools that save time, save money, and ship ROI, built by an operator with 12 years in health marketing and 10 years in medical-legal.
Your patients, clients, and leads keep talking to humans. Your team just gets a smarter back office.
If the build does not save hours, save dollars, or close cases, I will not ship it.
Shipped builds. Specific numbers. Compliance limits I had to design around. New case studies ship monthly.
First case study ships May 31. If you want the walk-through before then, book a call and I will run you through the build live.

I don't take work outside them.
Clinics, advocacy organizations, patient-facing brands. Anywhere a patient's name, diagnosis, or contact information lives in your system. Internal tools that respect HIPAA-adjacent realities and never replace a human conversation with a bot.
Firms in personal injury, mass tort, and defense. Lead intake, document review, case-fit triage. Tools that pre-qualify before a paralegal opens the file, not tools that pretend to be a lawyer.
The overlap. Mass tort, pharma litigation, medical malpractice. This is where most of my last decade lives. The constraints are tightest here, and the upside on getting it right is biggest.
I've been writing copy, buying ads, and running funnels in regulated niches since before the current AI cycle started. The "ethical and compliance-first" line is not a positioning move. It is the only way I know how to operate.
The hardest niche I work in. Strict ad rules. Long sales cycles. High-stakes leads. If a build works in medical-legal, it works in your easier niche too.
I am the head of marketing at Performance Marketing Group Limited. PMG ran $6.5M+ in paid media in 2025 across five active Google Ads accounts, with most spend concentrated in three. Profitably. The tools I build through matt clarke / ai solve problems I have inside PMG first, not problems I read about. You are buying an operator with a live ad budget every month, not a consultant who learned AI from a YouTube playlist.
matt clarke / ai is a one-operator AI automation practice for businesses in regulated niches. I build internal tools for health, legal, and medical-legal teams. Not customer-facing chatbots. The practice is run by Matt Clarke, an operator with 12 years in health marketing and 10 years in medical-legal.
Health clinics, legal firms, and medical-legal practices. Most of my clients are 5 to 50 person operations with a head of marketing or an owner-operator who is doing too much by hand. If you have a regulated audience and you are tired of AI hype that won't work for your niche, you are in the right place.
A chatbot replaces your team's conversations with a bot. I do the opposite. I build internal tools that read your inbound, organize your data, and surface the few items your humans should actually act on. Your patients, clients, and leads keep talking to humans. Your team just gets a smarter back office.
Book a call. 30 minutes, no pitch deck. Tell me what you are trying to fix and I will tell you if I can help. If we are a fit, I scope the build and quote it. If we are not, I will tell you that too and point you somewhere useful.
